It sits on a quiet corner lot with a big, beautiful yard, views of the Teton Range and Grand Targhee Resort. With 5 bedrooms, a sauna and large backyard on a quiet corner lot near the city park, it’s also an ideal basecamp for your family or group to explore nearby Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. It’s close to Main Street and Hwy. 33, the main thoroughfare in and out of Teton Valley, making for an easy in-and-out on day trips. The grassy, fenced-in yard has views of the Teton Range and Grand Targhee Resort.

It’s within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Big Hole Bagel is a block away, making for an easy morning run to pick up fresh-made bagels and coffee. Bring it back to enjoy in the sunny breakfast nook, flooded with natural morning light, or enjoy on the second floor balcony. If cooking is more your style, the kitchen is fully equipped and set up for entertaining with a gas range, farmhouse sink and dishwasher. It opens up to a large dining room. There’s also a butler’s pantry off of the kitchen equipped with a double oven and extra sink and storage.

This handsome home maintains touches of its original character and charm but with modern upgrades and updates. Wood flooring runs through much of the home. Each bedroom has updated and luxurious bedding. The bathrooms have recently upgraded sinks and vanities. The first floor bathroom is a full bath with a bathtub. The second floor has another full bathroom with a new walk-in shower along with a dry sauna.

The home is equipped with high-speed internet and wifi connection. You’ll find a large television on the main floor in the living room and dining area. The two large bedrooms on the second floor also have TV’s. Enjoy the use of books, games and puzzles and a few toys if you have young ones on your trip.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
