A separate office is setup for remote work or working on that manuscript, or as a retreat with a full-size sofa bed. The kitchen is modestly appointed, facilitating at-home meals and longer stays. Full size washer & dryer located in a separate mudroom. A two-car garage is available for parking and storing gear.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
